The site gets the job done, but it can feel sorta confusing to move around sometimes. It’s good enough overall, just not the smoothest experience.

I ordered from bochart.us and the payment part was smooth. Checkout felt secure, with the usual payment steps, and I didn’t get any sketchy popups or weird redirects, which I always keep an eye out for. I also got my confirmation right away, so that was reassuring. My only annoyance was that some of the communication around the order wasn’t as clear as it could’ve been, and I had to double-check a few things myself. Still, I felt comfortable entering my card info and didn’t run into any payment issues

I had to return one item I ordered from bochart.us, it was painless. The return instructions were clear enough, and customer support got back to me the next day, so no real complaints there. The refund did show up, but it took a little longer than I expected. Was I mildly annoyed? Yes. Did the world end? Absolutely not. Overall, it was still a decent experience, just not totally perfect. I’d give it 4 stars.

i mean, I was a little unsure ordering a hoodie from Bochart because sizing can be hit or miss online, but this one was pretty much spot on. I went with my usual medium and it fits the way I hoped it would, not too snug and not overly loose.
The sleeves and overall length were good too, which is usually where hoodies don’t work out for me. I’m happy with how it fits and I’d definitely order the same size again.
